Francis is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, specialising in the resources and technology sectors. He has held Non-Executive Director roles across multiple ASX-listed companies, where he led strategic initiatives including asset identification, acquisition, and corporate recapitalisation. He is also an Executive Director and co-founder of Appstablishment Software Group Ltd which was acquired by Spenda in 2021. 

Greg has more than 35 years’ experience in the minerals industry both in exploration and mining. He has successfully developed and managed several listed exploration companies and has a proven track record of increasing shareholder value. He brings to Kenex his wealth of combined expertise and experience in research and business, which is reflected in his successful delivery of business concepts and products.

John Mair has extensive international experience in the minerals sector in both technical and corporate fields with a focus on the gold, copper and critical minerals sectors. He holds a PhD in economic geology (UWA) and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Mineral Deposit Research Unit, UBC, Vancouver.

Johns' career has included exploration and project development in Australia, Canada, Alaska, Mexico and Greenland. This includes over 15 years of experience as a director of ASX companies, including over 10 years as an Executive Director (7 of which as Managing Director) of Greenland Minerals (now ASX:ETM) where he oversaw the definition of the world class Kvanefjeld rare earth project, and over 5 years as a Non-Executive Director of Rox Resources that is soon to commence production at the Youanmi Gold Mine in Western Australia. John has led and been involved in numerous successful capital raising initiatives and strategic partner engagement processes.

John has presented in resource-focused commercial, technical and political forums internationally, and is member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Mr Palumbo is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with over fourteen years’ experience across company secretarial, corporate advisory and financial management and reporting of ASX listed companies.

Mr Palumbo is Head of Corporate Compliance at Mining Corporate Pty Ltd, where he has been actively involved in numerous corporate transactions. Mr Palumbo has recently become Krakatoa's principal corporate advisor, leading the identification and acquisition of both the Mt Clere Rare Earth Project and Belgravia Porphyry Project.

Mr Palumbo is currently company secretary for several ASX listed companies and a non-executive director of Kaiser Reef Limited.

Ms Garic’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Accounting, Grad Dip Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Grad Dip in Applied Corporate Governance.
